Code of Conduct (Read this before application)

Code of Conduct



1: With your participation in the Elites Fleet you are expected to endure a long term commitment. Leaving the Elites Fleet, without permission of a Fleet Officer, in order to join another –non allied- fleet, might result in a permanent ban from the Elites Fleet.
2: Cheating is not allowed in anyway. Ways of cheating are Cheats, Hacks and Exploits, as well as Border Hugging and Retreating. Any proven fact can result in the member being warned or expelled from the Elites Fleet.
3: We, as members of Elites Fleet, will set an example to other fleets and NavyField members, in how to behave. Harassment and/or Bashing and/or Team Killing are not allowed. Of course we acknowledge that its not always possible to completely agree with one another, but this should be dealt with in a civil manner. Failing to do so, will trigger the following consequences:

1st offence; an official warning

2nd offence; a good long talk, with one month probation

3rd offence; ban from the Elites Fleet

4: In Elites Fleet we have a Chain of Command, any problems with a member of the Elites Fleet must be reported to a Fleet officer, instead of being posted on forums. We would like to keep things private. All members must be treated with the proper respect. You can always PM a Fleet Officer in game, or send in a request using the Elites Fleet website.
5: Elites Fleet has members from over the entire continent of Europe, treat each other with the proper respect. Racist or discriminating remarks, with the proper proof, will result in a ban from the Elites Fleet, and even be reported to Team NavyField.
6: Communication is vital for success, so use this tool during combat. Communication on this website will be in English, please do not attempt to write in another language –this is not offence at rule 5- because these will be edited/deleted. In game we are allowed to speak in the our own language of choice, during Fleet Wars and Harbour Assault the English language is preferred, and required for success.
7: Every member is invited to regularly check the Forums and Website –if operational- in order to fully take part in the Elites Fleet strategy, which is to become the primary fleet and Pride of NavyField Europe.
8: It is forbidden not to have FUN in participation of NavyField, while being a member of Elites Fleet.

Minimum level to join is 30
It will be the members duty to support and train on another to improve our collective skills.
